I'm a mother of 7, grandmother of 12 and great grandmother to six great grandkids.  I am also a retired nurse, freelance writer and wellness advocate with doTERRA.   American by birth, I have been  a Canadian citizen living in  Ontario  for over 35 years.  My own journey has been amazing from the time I became a Jesus follower in 1978 until now, and I expect it will continue to be phenomenal. 

 

When I crossed the big 50, my life and health plummeted to such an extent that I thought it was finished.  Instead, the blessing of connection with truly special new friends and a world of mind and health changing information produced a 180 degree change that just keeps on getting better.  That is what I want to share with my readers and hope that they will share back from their own successes and failures so we can continue together building the lifestyles that bring out our best.
